Ensopaws Weekly Story Giveaway

Legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi) when they enter. Sponsor's owners and employees, and people in their homes or immediate families, cannot enter. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
This giveaway runs in weekly rounds until Sponsor ends it by posting a notice on this page. Each week's entry window runs from Monday 12:00 a.m. CT to Sunday 11:59 p.m. CT (a "Week"). Judging for each Week happens within 2 days after it ends. These Official Rules apply to each Week. Sponsor's clock is the official clock.
Stories stay in. An eligible story that does not win its Week stays in for every later Week while the giveaway runs. You don't need to send it again. A person can win one prize while the giveaway runs; after that, their story leaves all later Weeks.
You need a story to win. An entry with no story is not judged, and can't win a story prize. There are no entry counts: sending more stories, or entering more than one way, does not raise your chance. Use any of these free ways:
One story per person is judged. If you send more than one, Sponsor judges the last one received before that Week ends. Use one email address only. Entries made with more than one email address, by bots, scripts or any automated means, are void. The story must be true, about your own pet, and in your own words.
Photo (optional). You can attach a photo of your pet to your reply, or enclose a print of one with a mail-in entry. Either way it counts as an entry with a photo. It is not scored, but entries with a photo are read first. Sponsor won't return prints. See section 4a.
Your friend link (optional). After you enter online you get your own link. Share it any way you like. There is no limit on how many friends you send. A friend counts only if they use your link, submit their own valid online entry while the giveaway runs, confirm their email address, and it is their first entry in this giveaway. You must have confirmed your own entry too. These earn nothing: unconfirmed entries; duplicates (the same email address, including variants such as plus-addressing or dots in a Gmail address, which Sponsor treats as one address); disposable or throwaway email domains; self-referrals; and bursts of entries from one IP address or device, which Sponsor may review and void. Sharing is never required and does not change how your own story is judged. Sponsor never asks for your friends' contact details and never emails a friend unless that friend enters and agrees to it. Don't share your link anywhere that bans it, and don't send spam.
By sending a photo, you confirm it's yours and you have the right to share it. You give Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to share it on Ensopaws social media, email and the ensopaws.com website with your pet's first name (never your last name), and to use it to make a preview of a product with your pet (for example a canvas) and email that preview to you. Ask any time at support@ensopaws.com, and Sponsor will take the photo down and stop using it. Photos don't need to show people. Sponsor will not post a photo that shows a child's face. Photos are optional and free.
By sending a story, you confirm it's true and yours to share, and you give Sponsor the same license to share it on Ensopaws social media, email and the ensopaws.com website with your pet's first name, never your last name. Sponsor may shorten it but won't change its meaning. Ask any time at support@ensopaws.com, and Sponsor will take it down.
Story prize. Each Week, a winner gets the prize category they picked on the entry page. *More than one winner may be selected. Which categories you see depends on your pet. Here is what each one holds today:
Approximate retail value of each prize: up to $104.90. This is the ARV: the highest store value above, from store prices on ensopaws.com when that Week opens. The exact value is the store price of what ships.
A category can grow. Sponsor may add products to a category, and updates this list and the ARV when it does. A winner gets what this page lists when their Week opens. Sponsor won't take a product out of a category or lower its value for a Week that has opened, except when something is out of stock (below). Sponsor sends sizes that fit your pet. If a piece doesn't come in your pet's size, Sponsor sends other Ensopaws products of equal value instead. The LED night-walk kit fits up to a 23 in chest.
If the winner entered by reply or by mail, they pick their category from the same list when they confirm. The custom pet portrait is made from a photo the winner sends, and section 4a applies to that photo.
Friend prize. If the story prize winner entered with your link and counts as your friend under section 4, and their win stands, you win a prize too: the category you picked, same ARV limit. If you entered by reply or by mail, you pick when you confirm. You must be eligible, have a confirmed entry, and reply as section 7 says. You don't need a story for this prize. There is no limit on how many friends you send, but a person can win one prize while the giveaway runs. If you have already won, no friend prize is given for that win.
Runner-up offer (not a prize). After each Week, Sponsor may also pick runner-ups, in its sole judgment. A runner-up gets a private price from Sponsor on the category they picked or on its single pieces. The price is in the offer email. It is a discount toward a purchase, so you only pay if you choose to buy. It has no cash value. Sponsor can end the offer at any time. Sponsor emails it to runner-ups who agreed to marketing emails, or who were already on Sponsor's email list and have not unsubscribed.
Story and friend prizes ship as one order per winner. It may arrive in more than one package. Most items ship from overseas and take about 5 to 14 days. Sponsor confirms size and color with the winner before shipping. No cash instead of the prize, no transfer and no substitution by the winner. If a piece is out of stock, Sponsor swaps in a product of equal or greater value, or the winner picks another category of equal or lower value. The winner pays any taxes on the prize. Ships to US addresses in the 50 states and DC only (no PO boxes, APO/FPO or US territories).
Each Week our team reads the first 30 entries received, plus any spots a follow-up email sets aside for its group, entries with a photo first. Entries after that stay in for later Weeks. It is not random.
Who judges: Sponsor's team. What they look for:
Judges score every story they read in that Week against these points. The top score wins. If there is a tie, the judges pick between the tied stories on Heart. Judges don't consider how you entered, whether you bought anything, whether you agreed to marketing emails, whether you sent a photo, or how many friends you sent when they score. A photo only changes when your entry gets read. Your chance depends on whether your story gets read and how it compares with the others read that Week. Entries not read by the time the giveaway ends are not judged. If there are no eligible stories in a Week, there is no story prize that Week.
Sponsor will email each story and friend prize winner within 2 days of judging. A winner must reply within 7 days to confirm they are eligible and give a shipping address and confirm their category, sizes and colors. If a story prize winner does not reply in time, is not eligible, or the notice comes back undeliverable, their prize and any friend prize tied to it are forfeited, and the next highest scored story that Week becomes the winner. If a friend prize winner does the same, only the friend prize is forfeited.
Sponsor will share the winner's first name, last initial, state and pet's name only if the winner says yes. Saying no does not affect the prize.
Sponsor uses entry information to run this giveaway and contact the winner. Sponsor uses service providers, including an AI tool, to read and sort replies. Online entry includes agreeing to get Ensopaws marketing emails; reply and mail-in entries do not need this agreement. Sponsor sends marketing emails only to people who agreed to get them. Unsubscribe from email any time with one click. Unsubscribing does not remove your entry; Sponsor can still email you about a prize you won. See the Privacy Policy.
For each winner's first name and state (with their OK), email support@ensopaws.com with the subject "Winners list" within 60 days after the giveaway ends.
